Visual reasoning is the process of analyzing visual information and being able to solve problems based upon it. Spatial ability or visuo-spatial ability is the capacity to understand, reason, and remember the spatial relations among objects or space.

Visual and spatial thinking play an important role in human thought processes. This is especially true for thought processes relating to the visual arts, mathematics, and the STEM disciplines. Research has also shown that visual and spatial reasoning abilities can be developed through study and practice.

This 8 lesson course has been designed to exercise and develop your visual and spatial reasoning abilities. Topics covered include: symmetry, sequences, counting, and visual exploration of algorithms.
